Baked Pears with walnut accompanied by Banana and Peanut Butter Ice-Cream

Baked Pears with dairy free ice cream.

I am always on the look out for healthy desserts. I normally baked some apples but I wanted to try something different so I brought some pears. I baked them in the oven with some cinnamon, walnut and honey. I then made some dairy free ice – cream made with cacao nibs, banana, peanut butter and maple syrup.

Baked Pears

2 pears

1tsp cinnamon

handful nuts

 

Method

  1. Oven 180C for 30 mins
  2. bake pears
  3. blend ice cream
